If your interview is not showing up in your account, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Please ensure you are signed out of your take the interview account by navigating to www.taketheinterview.com/users/sign_in
Go back to your email and click on your interview link (highlighted below)
- Click “Sign In” on the top right of the page without filling in any of the other fields on the page.
- Sign in using your email address and password that you used when creating your Take the Interview account.
If this does not work, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we will need to change your password in order to assist.
