Congratulations! You’ve been invited to an interview using TTI’s Live platform. Unsure what to do next? Follow these instructions for the best Live experience:
Your recruiter should have provided you with a link to your Live interview. We highly recommend using Google Chrome to access your interview. You can download it at https://www.google.com/chrome/
Before you begin your interview please allow 15-20 minutes for setup. Make sure that you are in a quiet place, free of distractions and loud noises. We recommend using a strong, non-work internet connection. Use an ethernet cable rather than a wifi signal for an optimal Live experience.
After clicking the invitation link, you will be prompted to enter your email address before beginning. Please enter the email address your recruiter used to contact you then click “Join Now”
Before you are connected with your interviewer, you will need to test your microphone and internet connection. First, allow access to your camera and microphone.
After access is granted, our software will test your microphone and internet connection. Please speak for the entire duration of the microphone test.
If your microphone is operating properly, our system will test your internet connection.
Once our system has verified the quality of your internet connection, click CONTINUE to move to the next step.
TTI’s Live platform enables recruiters and hiring managers to watch your interview even after the interview has been completed. Please note that your interview may be recorded for these purposes. Click JOIN INTERVIEW to connect with your interviewer.
If you arrive before your interviewer, you'll see the message pictured below. If you have been waiting for too long to be connected, please reach out to your interviewer directly or contact the TTI support team.
Once the interviewer finishes their tech check and enters the waiting room, your interview will begin. You should see yourself in the bottom right-hand corner.
At the top right corner of the interview screen, you should see four icons; a camera, a microphone, a telephone, and a question mark. Please do not use these icons unless instructed to do so by the interviewer.
Clicking the camera icon turns off your camera while clicking the microphone turns off your microphone. The question mark will direct you to our Help Center.
If your interviewer determines that the interview can no longer be completed using the video platform due to bandwidth issues, you will be instructed to click the telephone icon. This will transfer your interview to VoIP call. Your call will still be recorded.
Once your interview is complete, just close the page and you’re all set!
