If your screen is frozen during your On-Demand Interview, please follow these steps below.
- Try using Google Chrome. Google Chrome is the browser we recommend for all of our candidates and employers to use.
- Try connecting your computer to your home network using an Ethernet cable.
- Clear your browser cookies and cache. (To find out how to do this, search for "clear cache" in your browser's help.)
- Close and reopen your browser, then sign into www.taketheinterview.com. The interview should pick up where you left off. This may help with any freezing issues.
- Force quit out of your browser if it is completely frozen.
- As the last step, restart your computer. Sometimes, your computer needs to be shut down, then restarted to remedy the situation.
Once your computer has restarted, open Chrome and navigate back to www.taketheinterview.com and sign in with your email address and password. Your interview should pick up where you left off.
