1. Compatible Web browser:
TTI is compatible across all browsers. However, for the best results, we recommend utilizing Google Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/
2. Shutdown all programs:
It is best to shut down any software other than is currently running. Specifically, any software that may be utilizing your webcam. (eg. FaceTime, PhotoBooth, Skype, Youtube, Gmail).
3. Update your Adobe Flash Player:
Find out if you have the most current version of Adobe Flash by visiting the following website: https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about
If you need to update your flash player, you can do so by visiting http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
We recommend completely closing your web browser after installing Flash Player before you attempt to Take the Interview.
4. Restart your computer:
If the previous steps do not work, try restarting your computer.
