CTA: Call to action. This is generally used as a button or a question prompting a response in your email and/or text to a candidate. The CTA button in the campaign builder page will create a button directing candidates to a specific link.
Step 1: The first message(s) a candidate will receive within a given campaign based on a candidate’s movement to a new status in your ATS. You may have up to two steps per campaign, and steps are sent in customizable timeframes but default to 48 hours.
Step 2: The second message(s) a candidate will receive within a given campaign based on a candidate’s movement to a new status in your ATS. This message will be delivered after the first step of your campaign according to the delay you assign to this step.
Apply campaign to all overridden positions toggle: This is a safety valve of sorts: Since all campaigns that are developed at the Department (‘parent’) level, can be further customized at the Position (‘child’) level, if you have in-fact made changes at the Position level, any changes at the Department level would override customizations you made at position level. So, this toggle lets you override all Position campaigns and reset them to the updates that you are making at the Department level.
