The Analytics tab offers tremendous insight into your use of the ConveyIQ platform. Users can track information about both their On Demand usage and Communication usage. This article will detail analytics for Convey for Communication users and Candidate Satisfaction scores.
Data will be available for analytics usage from December 28, 2017 to present.
This page is accessible from the Analytics tab on the left of your screen.
Filters
Category
Your Analytics page will default to On Demand Analytics under the Category filter. This will reflect information about your On Demand candidates’ activities and usage dependent on the selected filters.
To change Analytics category you are viewing, select the dropdown menu at the top of your screen that says Category and select Candidate Satisfaction (or other categories to be released). Only Convey for Communications users will view data under the Candidate Satisfaction filter.
Departments, Positions & Timeframe
Other filters on the Analytics page include Departments, Positions and Timeframe. The Departments filter will populate options based on the departments that are set up in your ConveyIQ account. The Positions filter will populate options based on the positions that are set up in your account or those that have been synced from your ATS. The Time-frame filter can be set to display your data from 1 day to 1 year, and everywhere in between.
Changing any of these filters will change the data that is reflected on your Analytics page.
Represented Data
After selecting the appropriate filters, your Analytics page will reflect corresponding data. Change the Category at the top of your screen to Candidate Satisfaction to view analytics for your Convey for Communication account.
Candidate satisfaction data is available when using Convey for Communications. This tool allows you to engage with and survey candidates throughout the interview process. If you would like to learn more about this tool, contact your Customer Success Manager and/or check out our website, here.
Your Candidate Satisfaction data will show a Distribution of Satisfaction Score, Candidate Satisfaction Trend and a list of Departments along with their corresponding scores, number of positions and number of candidates.
The Distribution of Satisfaction Score will be represented by a pie chart and reflect all submitted scores along with each score’s percentage of the total satisfaction score.
The Candidate Satisfaction Trend data is displayed on a line graph that compares the submitted scores compared against the selected timeframe.
At the bottom of the screen, the list of departments will display first the average score of that department, the name of the department, the number of open positions in that department and the number of candidates in that department.
Finally, when a position is selected in one of the filters at the top of the screen, this page will additionally show qualitative candidate satisfaction survey results. These are written responses and comments that candidates may include in their survey response regarding their overall interviewing experience.
