In an effort to provide more insights and data into your recruiting practices, ConveyIQ is excited to announce the release of candidate engagement analytics! This new page is dedicated to campaign and survey performance for Convey for Communication users.
The new engagement analytics will show Convey for Communication users information about the performance of their candidate communication campaigns and surveys with candidates. This page is intended to let recruiters track data and learn about the appropriate updates they may want make to their communications streams with candidates or their interview process, as needed.
To navigate to this page, click the Analytics tab on the left navigation bar. At the top of the page, select the Category dropdown menu and select Engagement.
This will populate data in regards to campaigns and survey information from candidates.
All the data on this page can be filtered by Department, Position and Timeframe. Users may select multiple Departments and/or Positions, and the Timeframe filter is customizable by start and end dates or predetermined date filters.
The first graph titled Candidate Engagement Rate Totals will show various information about emails and SMS (text) messages sent in the selected timeframe. The graph will reflect data in percentages based on opens, responses, clicks and bounces. Click tracking is available for email only.
Here, users can track bounce rates or open rates, for example, on the email and SMS messages that were sent.
Next, users will see email and SMS engagement rate graphs. Engagement will be defined by open, click, bounce and response rates, and each engagement metric will be reflected by their own line on the graph.
Finally, users will see graphs representing data about messaging volume that’s being sent to candidates.
The second graph displays similar data to the first graph, but the data is represented by the volume of sends, rather than engagement percentages. The information is based on opens, clicks and responses. Click tracking is available for email only.
Next, users can see their communication volume displayed by the number sent and the number bounced. Some of the information represented on this graph includes the number of SMS messages sent and the number of email bounces.
Lastly, users will see a number representing the total number of new candidates imported from your ATS in this timeframe.
