ConveyIQ is proud to be releasing the new Recruiter Dashboard packed with analytics and insights into your candidates’ interview progress! This new page is intended to provide a lot more detail to users about how successful their team is and where they may be room for improvement within the interview process.
Aside from this new page, we’ve made an update for Live and Convey for Scheduling users. More details about both of these updates are detailed below.
The new Recruiter Dashboard has lots of great information that’s accessible from desktop or mobile devices.
Users of Convey for Communication
Users of Convey for Communication will see different information on their Recruiter Dashboard.
At the top of the screen, users can filter by departments or positions to reflect various, customized data.
Below these filters, users will see the number of stagnant candidates (those that have been sitting in a specific status for too long as designated in company and department settings), how many On Demand interviews need to be reviewed and the number of open positions that do not have campaigns setup yet. Clicking the On Demand interviews that need to be reviewed will redirect the page to the Candidate page with those who need to be reviewed filtered to the top.
Below this information, users can select time filters to view data for the last 7 days, the last 14 days, the last 30 days, the current month, the last 180 days or the last 365 days.
Finally, the bottom of the dashboard will contain graphs representing the top performing and worst performing positions in bar graphs, On Demand review rates in a line graph and candidate satisfaction scores. The top and worst performing positions show data based on the total amount of time in the interview process (the time duration from a candidate’s creation in the platform to their end status, whatever that may be). The candidate satisfaction scores represent data in red, yellow and green denoting low, neutral and high satisfaction scores for the top three departments with the most submitted candidate data.
Users of Convey for Interviewing
Convey for Interviewing users will see limited information on their Recruiter Dashboard.
Information can still be filtered and sorted by positions, departments and various time periods (as mentioned above).
The data represented on their dashboard will show how many On Demand interviews need to be reviewed, how many labor hours they’ve saved, the number of On Demand interview reviewed and On Demand review rates.
Live Interview Creation
Users of Convey for Interviewing and Convey for Scheduling can now create Live interviews without assigning an interviewer and giving candidates the option to self-schedule.
Create Live interviews as normal, inputting candidate’s information. Users can skip the interviewer information and select to Schedule Interview. This will populate the booking window where users can select the type of interview (round-robin interviews, one on one interviews, etc.). After selecting the type of interview, click the Create Booking Link button in the lower right hand side of the screen.
The link that is generated can be sent to a candidate to self-schedule their Live interview. Once they select a time and get their interview scheduled, the calendar invitation will assign the interviewer and include the Live interview link.
