Candidate interviews can be reviewed from within each position. After reviewing each interview, there are features to sort, comment and rank candidates. Candidates can then be shared with hiring managers or any team member for additional collaboration.
1) Navigate to the “Positions” homepage and select the yellow “Responses” CTA next to the position in need of review.
2) Click on a candidate thumbnail of your choice.
Note: Both live and on-demand interviews for a specific position will aggregate in this section. The review process for both is the same user experience, with the exception that candidate responses are not broken down by question for live interviews.
Candidate Response Page
Now that you have selected a candidate to review, we will discuss the assessment features available to maximize productivity and a seamless collaboration process.
Use the notes feature to bookmark specific points and type your thoughts / opinions for you and others to review. This is a great collaboration feature that can save time in passing along your review of a candidate.
Bucket candidates into yes, maybe, and no categories to easily organize your candidate pool. You can access these candidate buckets at the top of the position’s response page.
Use the share icon to send someone a direct link to review the candidate’s responses.
Note: Those you share the interview with do not need a TTI account to view the interview. They will be able to comment on the interview but cannot bucket candidates.
Click on a question to review the recorded response (On-demand only. Live is a continuous stream).
Written responses will appear as a text box on the screen with the candidate’s answer.

Use this link to give view-only access of the interview record to a hiring manager or other collaborator. For a more detailed breakdown on sharing see ‘Sharing Responses’.
Note: You can also use the share icon below the public link. This will give the hiring manager commenting and assessment capabilities.
These icons allow you to toggle on and off the view of the features we just reviewed.
The last icon will open the candidate’s resume or other attached documents, if they were required to upload one before recording their responses.
Response Page Features
Navigate back to the response page for the position you just reviewed. At the top of the page you will see five categories under which a candidate can fall.
Total number of interviews that have been submitted
Number of interviews that have not been assessed and placed into the ‘Yes’ ‘Maybe’ or ‘No’ categories
Yes / Maybe / No.
If you use the ‘yes’, ‘maybe’, or ‘no’ feature during review, here it will displays the number of candidates placed into each category. These are used to organize your candidate pool. Candidates are sorted after you have reviewed their responses.
