What is Convey’s Talent Communication Platform
Convey’s Talent Communication Platform is a platform intended to help you better communicate with your candidates throughout the hiring process and close the candidate black hole. It’s built to deliver transparence to candidates through the hiring process. Dependent on your candidate’s stage in the interview process or the amount of time that they have been in a particular stage, you can automatically send messaging to keep them warm, engaged and involved in your hiring process and employment brand.
What are my candidates receiving?
Your candidates can receive and respond to a variety of content through emails, text messages and polls. You’re able to send company and interview process information, direct them to content on landing pages, ask them for updates on their search or how they rated your hiring process through polls, links to schedule interviews, etc. Any recruiters activity of communication task that can be sent in a text or email can be customized and delivered to your candidates! You're in full control!
How often can I send messages to candidates?
This is completely customizable. Messages will be sent as candidates move through new stages in your ATS or because they’ve been stages for particular amounts of time. You can send more or less messaging based on what that stage is or how long a candidate has been sitting in that stage.
Can candidates reply to texts? Where do these replies go?
Cands can reply to cand. satisfaction polls and the results aggregate in analytics tab. They should not be replying to other text messages, they are going see a message in most texts that say something like 'this is meant for outbound updates only.'
How do the communications get sent?
The Talent Communication Platform and your ATS have an active connection. We know each time a job has been added, each time a candidate has been added to that job, each time a candidate’s stage changes and how long each candidate has been sitting in that stage. Your recruiting team moving candidates to a new stage triggers communications to be sent. If you have time-delayed messages turned on, your candidates being in a stage for an allotted amount of time, will also trigger communications to be sent.
What’s a campaign?
A campaign is a communication or set of communications that can be setup to be triggered based on a candidate being moving into a particular ATS stage. A campaign can one email, one SMS or the combination of both. A campaign can also be multiple emails and SMS, that are triggered based on the candidate being moved into a particular ATS stage or because they’ve been in that stage for a particular period of time. Any communications that are triggered while a candidate is in a particular ATS stage, all makeup that campaign.
What’s a stage?
A stage in the Talent Communication Platform is the as the same stage in your ATS. Your ATS stages are mirrored in our platform. When candidates are moved into particular stages in the ATS, the Talent Communication Platform can trigger our specific communications that you have set-up. Your company will decide is some or all of your ATS stages are synced with our platform.
What’s a Department?
A department in the Talent Communication Platform are the departments that you set-up in your ATS. Your ATS departments are mirrored in our platform. Your company will decide is some or all of your ATS departments are synced with our platform.
What’s a Position?
A position in the Talent Communication Platform are the positions that you set-up in your ATS. Your ATS positions are mirrored in our platform. Your company will decide is some or all of your ATS departments are synced with our platform.
