Each user type will view different tabs in their Convey for Scheduling account.
Administrators have the most visibility and will be able to view and select every tab available including:
- Reports: a detailed overview of each team member’s usage and number of interviews scheduled using the platform.
- Team Calendars: a list of your organization's interview types and logistics. Users can build new interview types in this tab and manage which queues are active.
- Meeting Types - Templates: a list of your team’s interview templates. Users can build new templates in this tab.
- Reminders: a list of your team’s calendar reminders. Administrators can build new reminder templates in this tab and manage which reminders are active.
- User Settings: an overview of all active users, their permission settings and personal booking links.
