Once your team is in Convey for Scheduling, you can assign each member different user seats and permissions based on their intended usage in the platform. The three permissions settings are: Organizers, Interviewers and Administrators.
An Interviewer in Convey for Scheduling is the end consumer of having an interview scheduled. They will be conducting the interview or scheduling the interview.
Interviewers can access their personal booking link, adjust meeting settings, create meeting types, setup reminders for meeting types and view analytics and reports.
Users will default to an Interviewer if an Administrator does not otherwise change this setting.
Organizers in Convey for Scheduling are typically individuals who coordinate and arrange interviews on behalf of other team members.
Organizers can book meetings and interviews for other people, access their personal booking link, adjust meeting settings, setup reminders for meeting types and view analytics and reports within the platform.
An Administrator in Convey for Scheduling is the manager of your settings and system logistics. Administrators will have different visibility and permissions within the system, so it’s important to assign this position correctly on your team.
Administrators have all permissions of Interviewers and Organizers in addition to setting up teams, adjusting meeting settings and creating team templates and reminders.
