There are various interview formats to select from in Convey for Scheduling depending on your interviewing needs. The interview options are one-on-one, sequential, round robin and panel interviews.
A one-on-one involves one interviewer meeting with one candidate. This could be a recruiter speaking with a candidate, or a recruiter scheduling on behalf of a hiring manager to speak with a candidate.
An interview wherein one candidate meets multiple interviewers. Each interviewer meets with the candidate individually in a certain time frame and is followed by the next interviewer for their allotted time.
Round Robin Interviews
A candidate meets with one interviewer, but that interviewer can vary on the team. Interviewers for these meetings are selected based on whose turn it is or who is up next in line to conduct an interview.
