Booker: A user who schedules time on their own or someone else’s calendar.
Booking Link: A link used by Candidates to access an individual or team’s availability. Every Convey for Scheduling user has a personal booking link associated with their calendar and when ‘teams’ are set-up with their own hiring rules, they have a booking link too. This link will direct Candidates to a page reflecting available time slots and dates for the individual or team calendar that was shared.
Booking Window: The pop-up window used to view multiple calendars at once and input time availabilities. You can access this window through your email plugin and/or Chrome extension.
Interviewers: The end consumers of having an interview scheduled (Hiring Managers, Interviewers). They will be the person conducting the interview or scheduling interviews for themselves.
Can book meetings for themselves
Can create multiple meeting templates for themselves
Can create reminders for their interviews
One-on-one Interview: One interviewer (for ex: Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Team Member) meeting with one candidate.
Organizers: Typically those who coordinate and arrange interviews on behalf of other team members(Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators)
Have the same permission as an interviewer +

Panel Interview: An interview with one candidate and multiple interviewers, whereby the interviewers are all meeting with the candidate at the same time.
Reminders: Automated updates to all calendar invitation members to alert them of upcoming meetings. Reminders can be set-up to be launched at a particular amount of time before an upcoming interview or be setup to launch on a particular day or the week and time of the day.
Round robin Interview: A candidate is set-up to meet with one interviewer and that interviewer is automatically selected from a team of interviewers, any one of whom can conduct that round of interviews on behalf of their team. Interviewers for these meetings are selected based on who is next in line to conduct an interview or can be set-up such that certain team members are ‘more active’ in the rotation than others.
Sequential Interview: An interview wherein one candidate meets multiple interviewers, one after the next. Each interviewer meets with the candidate individually in a certain time frame and is followed by the next interviewer for their allotted time.
Team templates: A blueprint and format for what it actually says in calendar invitations. You can also set custom rules within each template for how that round of interviews occurs and when attached to a team a template is reflective of how the team will conduct a particular round of interviews. Any team members creating an invitation using a team template will follow the pattern dictated by this template. Templates are free floating objects from teams. They can be attached to any team.
Time slots: Blocks of time on your calendar, usually shown in 30 minute or hour long segments, that are presented to Candidates for them to select from.
