Our latest update revolves around our rebrand and some new ways to view candidates and positions.
Largely, you’ll notice some visual changes that are in line with our new company name, colors and logo. We’re really excited to be moving toward being a talent acquisition suite that’s so much more than just digital interviewing. If you haven’t seen our CEO’s note about this change, you can check that out here.
Now, onto the updates! This release can be broken down into three areas of the platform: Live interview setup, views in your “Candidates” page, and “Positions” page. These updates are all pretty minor but intended to help you view your candidates better. More detail about each area is below:
Live Interview Setup
With our rebrand, we’re not just an interviewing tool anymore, but a comprehensive platform to manage the entire hiring process. With that in mind, we’re releasing some cool new software to help you schedule interviews.
Because we’ll have a new tool to help you with this, you’ll no longer see the date and time fields when setting up and interview. The calendar icons won’t show up on your page either. This can all be taken care of by Convey for Scheduling (reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you’d like to learn more.)
Views in your Candidates page
There is new functionality that allows you to view your candidates based on various filters, plus change their status in Convey. This can eventually be used to trigger communication campaigns based on the stage of the hiring process a candidate falls in. The megaphone button in the upper right corner of your screen can be used to move candidates to a new stage in the interview process.
For now, don’t worry about this feature. It’ll be applicable with later updates.
Views in your Positions page
There are two significant updates to viewing positions.
- On the positions responses page, you will be able to sort On-Demand responses by the date they were completed using the filter criteria at the top of your screen. You’ll view responses by the oldest to newest, or vice versa.
- You’ll notice a column and filter list for “Campaigns”. This is related to our rebrand and expanded communications platform (Convey for Communications) meant to better communicate with your candidates as they step through the hiring process. Don’t worry about this for now. We’ll get more information your way once this will affect your team!
