We’ve made updates to how you view your candidates in the platform and how you review your analytics (if you are in the Early Adopter program). These updates are intended to improve candidate visibility -- who they are, what they’ve applied to, and how they’re performing and interacting with your interview experience. We’re also launching a new concept in our organizational hierarchy called “Departments,” which now appears as “Departments-Beta” in your Navigation sidebar.
Now when you refresh an analytics page with filters turned on, the page will maintain those filters.
Candidate Pool Sorting
Sorting candidates can be done in a variety of ways using the column headers at the top of your list. These headers include:
- Position Name
- Candidate Name
- Date Added (the a date candidate was first sent an invite for a On-Demand or Live interview)
The Date Added column can be sorted in ascending or descending order. The Position and Candidate Name columns can be sorted alphabetically and reverse alphabetically.
You’ll now notice a link to a new “Departments Beta” page on your side navigation tab which will allow you to access a filtered list of positions per department. Right now, you can click on positions under each department to view specific positions within that selected department.
This page will continue to evolve with new features over the next couple of months.
All in all, these sorting features allow you to view your candidates in new ways and take action like you haven’t before.
