Sometimes during the interview process, when an employer sends an invitation to a candidate for an interview, it might get lost in their spam or junk folder. This is where we would suggest resending the interview to the candidate.
Here is how to resend an interview using the Convey platform.
Click on the position that the candidate is interviewing for.
You will then be directed to the page with all of the completed candidate responses. Please make sure to click on the dropdown and select "invited." This will show you a list of candidates that have been invited, but haven't started their interview yet.
Hover over the candidate name and you will find the option to resend a candidate invite.
After the interview has been resent, the candidate will receive an original email with the link provided to take the interview. If they continue to have issues with the interview, we suggest giving them a call and also making sure that you are sending it to the correct email address provided.
