A lot of times a candidate can have technical issues while performing an interview. For example, the sound or video not working, the employer having trouble viewing or hearing the candidate, etc. This is where we would suggest the employer to use their best judgement to either reset the interview or use the information and answers they already have from the candidate.
Here is how to reset an interview using the Convey platform.
Click on the position that the candidate has applied for.
You will then be directed to the page with all of the completed candidate responses. Once you see the candidate that you are looking for, scroll over the thumbnail of their interview and there will be an option to reset the interview.
Please note that once you reset a candidate interview, the original interview will no longer appear. Upon clicking the reset button, it will send the candidate a completely new link to take the interview as well.
