Updated Positions Page and Candidate Pool Features
The Convey platform is continuing to grow and evolve, and this week’s changes are all intended to create a smoother login experience, improve navigation, and create more visibility into candidates’ progress through the interview process.
The updates will take effect on the Positions page and Candidate Pool page.
Once an On Demand interview is set up and activated, the position will sit in a new state called “Invite.” On the Positions page, you will see “Invite” next to the position in the On Demands column if you still need to invite candidates. After you’ve invited candidates to participate in an On Demand for this position, this label will now update to the number of responses received.
Secondly, navigating new and existing actions for On Demand invitations will all happen on the Positions page in the “Actions” column to the far right of the screen. To send On Demand invitations to candidates, select the envelope symbol, and to update interview settings, select the gear icon.
Candidate Pool Page
Our updates on the Candidate Pool page are intended to help you learn more about your candidates and talent pipeline.
A new column, called “Time in Status,” will replace the Date Added column and instead reflect the number of days a candidate has been sitting in a particular status. You’ll also be able to apply filters to view candidates who have been sitting in a status for a specified amount of time (like 1 day, 1 week, 3 weeks, etc.).
Additionally, new icons next to a candidate’s status will indicate whether or not their On Demand or Live interviews have been completed and/or reviewed.
When users see an outlined video camera next to the status, this means the candidate has completed their On Demand interview. When that video camera is a solid grey color, their On Demand interview has been reviewed.
Similarly, when users see an outlined image of two people next to the status, this means the candidate has been scheduled for a Live interview. The icon will be a solid grey color when the Live interview has been completed.
Users can also hover over these icons to obtain a quick snapshot of information about these candidates including who their Live interview was completed with, when interviews were completed, etc.
These icons will only appear when an On Demand has been completed or when a Live interview has been scheduled, and change colors accordingly.
While reviewing an On Demand interview, a small flag will appear to the left of the video screen (either a white outline or solid blue to indicate whether it has been reviewed). While reviewing a Live interview, a checkbox will appear next to the share button (blank or filled in to indicate whether it has been reviewed).
