If your screen is frozen during your On-Demand questionnaire, please follow the steps below.
- If you have not already done so, please switch over to Google Chrome. You can download Chrome, for free at www.google.com/chrome
- Restart your computer. Sometimes, your computer needs to be shut down completely, then restarted to remedy the situation.
Once your computer has restarted, open Chrome and navigate back to www.taketheinterview.com and sign in with your email address and password. Your questionnaire will pick up where you left off.
