If your interview is not showing up in your account, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
- Please ensure you are signed out of your take the interview account by navigating to www.taketheinterview.com/users/sign_in
- Go back to your email and click on your interview link (highlighted below)
- Click “Sign In” on the top right of the page without filling in any of the other fields on the page.
- Sign in using your email address and password that you used when creating your Take the Interview account.
