Welcome to the public release notes for our newest upgrades to the TTI platform.
At the beginning of 2017, we decided that our new year’s resolution was to lessen our dependence on Adobe Flash Player. Over the past few months, we reimagined the hiring manager and candidate experiences, and today, we are releasing TTI’s new recruiter view!
Here is what we've changed:
On-Demand Video Review:
-Removed flash player from On-Demand interview playback.
-Autoplay video responses on desktop: Previously, users had to press the ‘play’ button in order to see/hear each candidate response. Now, responses will play automatically when selected.
-Bug fix: Recently flash player was suspect in causing latency between audio and video playback. The removal of flash player should help mitigate this delay across video responses.
-Permissions: When sharing an interview with other recruiters, we will show a list of users who have permission to review that particular candidate.
-Share icon: We combined the two share options into one convenient pop-up. Once users click the share button, they will have the option to use the public link, or share through TTI.
-Tracking: Due to popular demand, recruiters can now refer back to previously shared video interviews to see who those interviews had already been shared with.
-We made some changes to the look and feel of the candidate response page. We modified font sizes, the size of the video player and the layout of the page for improved usability.
-Made the comment feature more robust and easier to use. When utilizing this feature, you will be able to see comments directly below the video player.
-Removed the “Notify now” button completely, as users did not appear to love this particular feature.
Limited recruiter review on mobile:
- Recruiters are now able to review candidate video responses on their mobile device. If a recruiter has interview(s) shared with them or links from their job posting notifications, they will be able to view these interviews on a mobile device, just like our recently released hiring manager experience.
-The comment feature will be hidden on mobile devices, but rating, assessment scales and sharing features will still be available.
-Please note that recruiters will not be able to sign in from our homepage and navigate to this view via mobile.
As always, feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager with any questions or feedback.
